How is this different from the Premium Milky Lotion?
The cream is thicker and more occlusive. The Milky Lotion is a lightweight emulsion that seals in hydration, while the cream is a richer final step for very dry skin or as a night cream. If the Milky Lotion isn't enough moisture, step up to this.
Can I use this if I have oily skin?
Only as a night cream or in very dry winter conditions. This is one of the richer products in the Hada Labo line. Oily skin should stick with the regular Gokujyun Lotion or the Premium Milky Lotion. Save the cream for dry skin or specific dry patches.
