What's the difference between this and the Tone Up version?
This is completely clear with no tint. The Tone Up version has a lavender, mint, or beige color correcting tint. If you want invisible sun protection that doesn't change your skin tone at all, this is it. If you want a subtle brightening or color correcting effect, go for Tone Up.
Is this better for dry skin than Biore Aqua Rich?
Yes. Both are lightweight, but this has more hydrating ingredients (hyaluronic acid, amino acids) and less alcohol than Biore, making it more comfortable on dry skin. Biore Aqua Rich is better for very oily skin that wants the fastest, most mattifying dry down.
