Is this safe for eczema?

Can I use Curel body products on my face?
Curel's Japanese website says yes. The Moisture Lotion and Intensive Moisture Cream are face specific, but the body milk and body cream have the same core ingredients (ceramides, eucalyptus extract) and can be used on the face if needed. Some people prefer the body formulas for their richer texture.
