Do I need to double cleanse after this?
Most people don't. It rinses completely clean with water despite being an oil-based cleanser. If you prefer the squeaky-clean feeling or wear heavy makeup, you can follow with a foam cleanser, but it's not required.
Can I wipe it off with tissue instead of rinsing?
Yes. The original cold cream method is to massage it in, wipe off with tissue, then use toner to remove residue. Chifure's washable formula lets you skip the tissue step and just rinse, but both methods work.
