An oil cleanser from Biore designed for the first step of a double cleanse. Removes sunscreen and waterproof makeup without friction. Emulsifies with water and rinses clean. Less well known internationally than the Aqua Rich sunscreens, but a solid drugstore cleansing oil option from Kao.
