Do I still need sunscreen if this has SPF36?
If you're indoors most of the day, SPF36 PA++ can be enough. For extended outdoor time or high UV exposure, layer a dedicated SPF50+ sunscreen underneath. This is best used as a primer that adds some UV protection, not your primary sunscreen.
What's the difference between this and Canmake Mermaid Skin Gel?
Cezanne is a dedicated primer with ceramides and light peach tint for pore smoothing and oil control. Lower SPF (36 vs 50+). Canmake is primarily a sunscreen that doubles as primer, with a dewy finish. If you wear separate sunscreen, Cezanne works well as the primer layer. If you want one product for both, Canmake gives stronger UV protection.
Does the peach tint show up on skin?
The peach tint is very subtle and works more as a tone corrector than visible color. It blends into most light to medium skin tones without looking pink or orange. The main effect is evening out redness and creating a smooth base for makeup.
